Fusionflow provides AI-powered booking processing and management solutions for businesses, including:

3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:

- Providing timely payment for Services as specified in your agreement
4. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee specific uptime percentages. Service levels may be specified in separate service agreements for enterprise clients.
5. Intellectual Property
The Services and all related technology, including our AI algorithms, are protected by intellectual property laws:
- Fusionflow retains all rights to our proprietary AI technology and software
- You retain ownership of your business data and customer information
- We grant you a limited license to use our Services during your subscription
- You may not reverse engineer, copy, or distribute our technology
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Late payments may be subject to reasonable late fees as permitted by applicable law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fusionflow's liability is limited as follows:
- Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service operation
- You acknowledge that AI systems may occasionally produce unexpected results
8. Data Protection & GDPR
We are committed to protecting your data in compliance with GDPR and other regulations:
- We act as a data processor for your customer booking information
- Data processing agreements are available for enterprise clients
- EU data residency options available upon request
- Regular security audits and compliance assessments conducted
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the Services:
- With 30 days written notice for convenience
- Immediately for material breach that remains uncured after 15 days notice
- Upon expiration of the agreed service term
- Data export and transition assistance provided for 60 days post-termination
